Really excellent place to do business. Very nice young man in parts department. Knowledgeable, polite... I ordered some parts for my old Yamaha, not a big sale but I was treated like I spent a bundle.

I drove down from the high desert to purchase a 2016 Yamaha Raptor 700 they had for sale....I was greeted by a couple staff members and asked if I needed any help.. I ended up getting a great deal on the Yamaha Raptor 700 and Dwayne in finance also offered me a good deal on a 2 year extended warranty... couldn't be any happier and I saved a lot of money from purchasing a new unit.. and I got warrantee... win win situation for me..

I didn't end up getting my bike from here but I definitely would recommend it. One of the places I was considering getting my Triumph Street Triple RS shipped to Hawaii since the dealer here was horrible. They were fast to respond, answered all my questions, and gave a good deal. Really great customer service. Great place to buy your next motorcycle from. Thanks guys!.

Simi Valley Cycles takes the time to care for their customers, even long after the sale is made. Staff, all the way up to the ownership took the time to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied and cared for. Although a misunderstanding, they took the time to make it right, and that speaks volumes in who they are, what they stand for and their position as pillar in Simi Valley community as locally owned and operated business.

I recently purchased a used gixxer 750. It needed a lot of maintenance so I took my chances and walked into my local Suzuki dealer. I like using factory parts when I'm not getting ripped off. Andy, the parts specialist, is very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. There prices were pretty standard for a dealer, but once I showed them I was willing to spend some money, they cut loose with some discounts. Factory parts are more expensive because generally, they are higher quality and last longer. As far as motorcycle dealers go, I felt the parts department at simi cycles was above average. Just bought a new yxz from this place. Couldn't be happier! They gave me an awesome deal ,2 grand less than anything other dealer!And gave me top dollar for my trade in. No haggling, no b.s. Straight up honest guys. I will make the drive in a second to do bussiness here again!!

I have been looking for a new dirt bike (18' YZ450FX) for awhile now and have shopped at a few places. I can tell you that Simi Valley Cycles had given me the best deal. I had went to Wheels In Motion In Chatsworth and gave me a horrible far out OTD quote for a 2018 YZ450FX. JC would always say he'll call me back in an hour and never would. I dealt also with Thousand Oaks Powersports and they were not willing to deal neither. Kevin D. at Simi Valley Cycles was a really fair nice guy and very good at communication on both phone and emails. I was literally there for about 20 mins and left with my brand new bike for a great deal under MSRP. Quick & Easy! I truly don't think anyone should have a horrible time getting a bike or whatever their heart desires from here, but also doesn't hurt to do your research and shop quotes from dealers to make sure your satisfied with the best deal. But I know that Simi Valley Cycles will (should) fight for your business and make sure that you get the best deal and that the both of you are happy
