after taking residence in L.A. in July 2010, i was looking for a motorcycle dealer where i could purchase my "dream bike", a Triumph Thunderbird. After having some not so convincing experiences with a motorcycle dealer in Los Aangeles, I finally got in contact with Simi Valley Cycles, although it is quite a distance from my home.
However, it was worth the drive. From the first phone call to ask whether you could get me a Thunderbird and my first visit to discuss the terms and conditions to order it untill delivery of the bike, the service you provided me was of outstanding excellence. You called me always to keep me informed about the estimated time of delivery and the paperwork was all done when i came to pick up my bike. Your service was friendly, helpful and effecient, also from your colleagues at Simi Valley Cycles. Please convey my thanks to them as well. "The staff at SVC (especially Paul) are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and make every effort to ensure visitor/customer satisfaction whether you buy something or not. I recently purchased my first motorcycle (New 2007 V-Star 1100 Midnight Custom) from another dealer simply because it was the style/color I wanted. I regret that SVC didn't have the motorcycle in stock, because my experience was horrible. I will be going to SVC for all future service, accessories, and purchases because they treat visitors/customers like family vs. just a sale."

"i pucrchased a 2006 suzuki z400, and travis was very respectful as was brian. i recieved a HASSLE FREE deal and they waited for me to arrive even after they were closed. the deal was painless and all of the paperwork was ready BEFORE i arrived. i love my new quad, and the sales service and the financing was awesome.....they have earned a customer for life. buy from these guys. forget the rest, buy from the best. they gave me the best deal for me new quad and i looked from ventura to palmdale!! they beat EVERYONE. "My new VStar 1100 is our 4th bike from Simi Valley Cycles. I cannot say enough about how comfortable the sales staff (especially Doyle) and service staff (especially John) have always made me feel - despite being female and a 1st time rider. This last time, I shopped around quite a bit before coming back to SVC. I was shocked by how I was treated elsewhere. I swear one dealer didn't want to sell me ANY bikes! So again, thank you Simi Valley Cycles. I probably wouldn't be riding at all if you hadn't treated me so well from the beginning."
